1. Seller Information
The Pluggies site (pluggies.cloud) is managed by
STUDIO 09 S.R.L., VAT number 01710080472, based in [legal address] (hereinafter “the Seller”). For contact: info@pluggies.cloud.
2. Subject
These terms govern the sale and use of plugins for WordPress/WooCommerce and their related licenses offered on this site. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms.
3. Accounts and Orders
To make a purchase, it may be necessary to create an account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The order is considered finalized upon confirmation by the Seller and receipt of payment. The Seller may refuse orders in case of incomplete data or suspected fraudulent use.
4. License of Use
Each license is granted
for the single purchased plugin and is valid exclusively for that plugin: the purchase of a plugin does not extend the license to other products. The license allows the use of the plugin on the number of sites specified by the chosen plan (e.g., 1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites) and is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the plugin or the license key is prohibited. Some plugins are offered for free and do not require a license.
5. Duration and Renewal
Annual subscription licenses
have a validity of 12 months from the activation date and entitle the holder to updates and support for that period; upon expiration, the plugin continues to function, but to receive updates and assistance, renewal is necessary. Lifetime licenses
(where available) do not expire.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices are indicated on each plugin’s page, in Euros, and may vary from product to product. Payments are processed through the providers indicated at checkout (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). The Seller may change prices at any time; changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
7. Delivery and Updates
The products are digital: after purchase, the customer receives the license key (if applicable) and access to download from their customer area. Automatic updates are provided for the duration and according to the conditions of the plan.
8. Billing
At the time of the order, the customer indicates whether they are purchasing as a private individual (with Tax Code) or as a business (with Company Name, VAT number, and SDI or PEC code). The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided for tax purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
The plugins and their contents are the property of the Seller or their respective owners and are protected by copyright. The purchase grants a right of use according to the license, not ownership of the software.
10. Refunds
The refund conditions are described in the
Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
The plugins are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the products. It is recommended to perform a complete backup of the site before installing or updating any plugin.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory rights provided by applicable regulations remain unchanged, as well as the possibility to resort to the ODR platform of the European Commission. For disputes with non-consumer customers, the jurisdiction is that of the Seller’s location.
