Refund Policy

Digital Products

The plugins sold on Pluggies are digital products with immediate delivery. At the time of purchase, by accessing the download and/or the license key, the customer expressly requests the immediate execution of the supply.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the regulations on distance contracts (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal on digital content provided without material support ceases when the execution has begun with the customer’s consent and with their acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal. Regardless of this, we offer the voluntary guarantee described below.

“Satisfaction or Money Back” Guarantee (14 days)

If within 14 days of purchase a plugin does not work as described and our support cannot resolve the issue, you can request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@pluggies.cloud indicating the order email, the product, and a description of the problem. We will evaluate the request and, if accepted, proceed with the refund.

Exceptions

A refund may not be granted when:
    • the request is made more than 14 days after purchase;
    • it is simply a change of mind after using the plugin without any malfunctions;
    • the problem is not attributable to the product (e.g., conflicts with other plugins/themes or incompatible server configurations) and is not reasonably resolvable;
    • the product is free (not subject to refund as it has no cost).

Refund Times

Approved refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 14 days of approval. Upon granting the refund, the corresponding license is deactivated.
